Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Role Overview: This position is for a dental hygienist who acts as a trusted oral health provider and clinical partner to the dentist. Key Responsibilities Assess oral health, recommend care, and educate patients in a modern clinical environment. Develop and deliver personalized patient care plans in collaboration with the dentist. Utilize digital tools for assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication. Manage schedules and supplies independently to ensure comprehensive care. Partner with the Hygiene Support Team for mentorship and clinical support. Gain hands-on experience with advanced technology like voice-activated perio charting, 3D scanning, and AI tools. Participate in ongoing learning and career growth through structured training and continuing education programs. Qualifications & Skills Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution. Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice. Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education.
