Job Responsibilities Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. Use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile’s warehouse/club member benefits. Complete training on the T-Mobile store‑in‑store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources. Continuously learn and improve skills to provide the best possible experience for customers. Practice skills, share knowledge, and manage store operations. Provide exceptional service and exceed customer expectations. Proactively attract potential customers to drive sales. Follow up with customers, collect referrals, handle Be Back processes, and build relationships with new and existing customers. Education High School Diploma/GED (Required) Work Experience 6 months of Customer Service and/or Sales Experience in a Retail Environment (Preferred). Customer Satisfaction: Passionate Customer Advocate with the desire to be authentic when connecting and having fun with customers. Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals (Required). Team Building: Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices, while serving customers and resolving issues (Required). Retail Sales: Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment (Required). At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel No travel required. Regulatory DOT Regulated Position: No Safety Sensitive Position: No Hourly Base Pay $18.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive training pay. After training, they may be promoted to Mobile Expert and become eligible for an annual incentive target of $18,000/year. All employees are guaranteed at least $20/hour, including incentives.
