Pharmacy Manager

Role: Pharmacy Manager responsible for leading and developing a pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care, ensure compliance, and promote best practices. Key Responsibilities Manage pharmacy operations, including prescription fulfillment, counseling, immunizations, and inventory control. Support team onboarding, training, and performance management, fostering a culture of safety, inclusion, and excellence. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies, while maintaining high standards of patient safety and customer service. Lead clinical services like immunizations and expand patient access to care. Review operational metrics, develop improvement plans, and maintain a positive team environment. Qualifications & Skills Active Pharmacist License and NPI in the relevant state. 1-2 years of pharmacy experience. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing needs, and foster team collaboration. Additional Requirements: Ability to lift up to 20 lbs., focus on patient safety, and provide empathetic patient care.
