MATERIAL HANDLER
Fort Myers, FL

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per Hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Full-Time Position

A well-established Fort Myers manufacturing company is seeking a dependable Material Handler to support production operations and help keep materials flowing efficiently throughout the facility. What You'll Do:

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the manufacturing facility
• Support production by ensuring parts and assemblies are delivered to the proper workstations
• Receive incoming materials and work closely with Shipping, Receiving, and Quality teams
• Move inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment
• Scan and transfer materials using handheld barcode scanners
• Stock shelves, racks, pallets, and inventory locations
• Assist with inventory accuracy and report material shortages or discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform a variety of warehouse and production support duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Previous Material Handler experience required
• Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
• Experience operating pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Basic computer skills
• Experience using handheld scanners is a plus
• Ability to lift heavy materials throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Valid Driver's License required
• Reliable, energetic, and ready to work
