Job Requirements Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Experience working with students with developmental disabilities in an educational setting. Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles, methods, and interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Ability to work with a diverse group of students, educators, and families. At least 2 year(s) of relevant experience preferred. Master degree preferred. Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
