Job Details Job Location: Richmond - Richmond, KY 40475 Position Type: Full Time Salary: $57,000 - $65,000/year (plus bonus). Salary range based on years of experience and specialties like feeding, neuro, and autism. Responsibilities The purpose of the Mental Health Therapist is to provide exceptional therapy to children and families. Supports the Marshall Pediatric Therapy mission of “Helping Families Grow Skills for a Better Life”. Provides counseling for children with a variety of diagnoses, ages 0‑21 years. Maintains and manages a full‑time caseload and consistently hits target goals. Participates in continuing education to lead the community with new treatment and evaluation techniques. Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with families, colleagues, referral sources, and community agencies. Manages administrative responsibilities such as timely documentation per discipline guidelines. Qualifications Hold a current Kentucky license as an LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Psychologist. (LPCA or Marriage & Family Therapist associate may also apply.) Have a Master's degree or higher from an accredited university program in a mental health profession. Love to collaborate and work in a team‑based atmosphere. Meet targets and goals and contribute to company growth. Hold a current CPR and First Aid Certification. Enjoy working in a fast‑paced, physically active environment. Effectively and professionally communicate verbally and in documentation. Have experience with or desire to learn Telehealth.
