Company/Location Overview Located in Pilot Point, Texas, Western Son Distillery operates out of a historic, repurposed factory just north of the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Job Description/Responsibilities Join Sazerac in a high-impact HR Generalist role supporting our Western Spirits Division. This position partners closely with leaders and employees to drive a strong culture, ensure compliance, and support key HR programs across the business. You’ll play a critical role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do: Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day HR support Support recruiting efforts, including building talent pipelines and partnering with hiring managers Maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance Drive culture and engagement initiatives using employee feedback and survey insights Contribute to HR process improvements and support training and development programs Qualifications/Requirements Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 3+ years of relevant HR experience in a generalist or similar role Strong communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office tools Ability to work full-time onsite Preferred: HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) Experience supporting operations, manufacturing, or multi-site environments Strong analytical skills with experience using HR data to drive decisions Culture and Benefits Sazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
