Assist patients in navigating complex healthcare systems, including insurance claims, referrals, and appointments. Support: Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families. Help patients develop coping strategies and manage stress. Connect patients with community resources, support groups, and other relevant services. Case Management: Coordinate patient care, including monitoring treatment plans, medication adherence, and appointments.
