Inside Sales- Customer Service Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an Inside Sales Reps to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service, data entry
Develop Customer relations
Administrative support for Outside Sales Team
Quote Products- do take-offs
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to read blueprints and do present quotes to customer specifications
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Previous manufacturing is REQUIRED
