Job Description:
Seeking a Process Engineer to support oral solid dosage manufacturing, with a strong focus on technology transfer, scale-up, and commercial manufacturing readiness in a cGMP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technology transfer from development, pilot, or external manufacturing sites.
• Support process optimization, troubleshooting, and scale-up.
• Support process characterization, validation, and PPQ activities.
• Manage deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, MS&T, Quality, and Validation teams.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on OSD manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of blending, granulation, milling, compression, encapsulation, and coating.
• Experience with technology transfer and commercial manufacturing.
• Strong cGMP, process validation, deviation investigation, and CAPA knowledge.
