Payroll Administrator - Relocate to Warroad, MN

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for accurate and timely processing of hourly payrolls for one or more locations, as well as the administration of UKG and Workforce Management (WFM) systems. Coordinate and execute bi-weekly hourly payroll cycles Manage payroll administration tasks including: Processing verifications of employment, child support, garnishment, bankruptcies and other federal/state documents Maintain UKG, WFM, and related databases or spreadsheets with precision Compile payroll reports as needed Provide responsive and professional support to employees and leadership regarding payroll related questions Uphold confidentiality of sensitive payroll data and documentation Associate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred Prior experience in payroll processing strongly preferred Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations and requirements preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel When you join this family-owned and -led window and door company, you belong to a community full of opportunities.
