Line Cook
Reports To: General Manager - Pioneer Square
Compensation: $21.30/hour plus tips ($25-$32/hour total)
Benefits:

Flatstick Pub - Pioneer Square is looking to hire a Line Cook to help with its day-to-day operations and perform the duties listed below:
Specific Duties & Responsibilities as Line Cook:
- Be motivated and driven to create great food and make people happy
- Communicate with guests and coworkers in a warm and welcoming manner
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of basic cooking methods
- Be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Be able to work efficiently and effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Possess a valid Food Handlers Card
- Operate food machinery
- Responsible for daily tasks and side work
- Employees are occasionally asked to climb, balance, kneel, or crouch
- Employees are occasionally asked to help lift and/or move up to 50+ pounds
- Other duties as assigned.

About Flatstick:
There are only two rules at Flatstick Pub: drink local and have fun. We’re mixing up the scene by combining local beers with an indoor 9-hole mini golf course and other fun games. Our 30+ rotating taps feature local beers, ciders, and wines.
Work Environment:
This in-person position is located at the Pioneer Square location (240 2nd Ave Ext S, Seattle, WA 98104). Hours per week vary based upon the following: tenure, events, time of year, manager discretion.
