Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines. Adapt to individual care plans to ensure the highest standard of care. Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Qualifications: No experience required: We provide comprehensive training for those new to care giving. A genuine desire to help others and a willingness to learn. Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), or caregiver is a plus but not mandatory. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required. Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Schedule Options: Day shifts, night shifts, and weekend availability.
