Job Details Location: Olive Avenue, 6153 W Olive Ave, Glendale, AZ 85302 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: Master's Degree Travel Percentage: In-Office Job Shift: Day Shift Job Category: Behavioral Health/Social Work Schedule Full‑Time, 40 hours/week (Tuesday–Saturday or Monday–Friday) Compensation $23.42+ per hour for Master's Level Therapists $57,000+ per year for Associate Level Therapists $70,000+ per year for Independent Licensed Therapists Additional language differential pay available for Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Farsi, Swahili, or ASL Clinician Duties Include Responsible for providing outpatient counseling services to clients. Responsible for intakes, assessments, treatment and discharge planning, and group counseling through evidence‑based practices. Charts progress, maintains clinical records, and ensures implementation of treatment and discharge plans. Monitors and follows up on client needs, and submits monthly service reports as required or needed. Coordinates services as necessary working in collaboration with various State, Federal, and local agencies. Provides client‑centered outpatient clinical services to individuals/families. Qualifications Must possess a Master’s degree in a related discipline (e.g., MA, MC, MSW) and an Arizona behavioral health license (other than LBSW) or be eligible for an Arizona license from the Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. Arizona licensed professionals (LCSW, LPC, LIAC, LMSW, LAC, LAAC, LMFT) in good standing are preferred; temporary licenses do not qualify. Must pass background check, TB test, and other pre‑employment screening (including DCS Central Registry check without disqualifying events). Must be able to perform First Aid or CPR as necessary. Knowledge of Electronic Health Records – NextGen a plus. Experience working with diverse populations is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Minimum typing speed 25 words per minute. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for a Level1 card within 7 working days of starting. Non‑driving position at one location; no travel required. Experience treating co‑occurring disorders is preferred; domestic‑violence probationer experience is a plus and will be trained. Experience from BHT Level Therapists will be considered.
