Forklift Operator

TWB is looking to add Forklift Operators to our team in Monroe, MI. This position is responsible for the transportation of product within the facility and loading trucks using a forklift. Responsibilities Moves material around plant using a forklift and/or crane for producing finishing, packaging, or shipping parts. Performs miscellaneous tasks throughout plant to ensure safe, efficient and quality production. Observes machine processing for proper functioning and production of parts. Loads and unloads assigned machine and packs product for the forklift. Performs visual and/or manual inspection as needed. Completes required paperwork. Assists operator with set‑ups and running production as needed. Other duties as assigned. Desired Experience Minimum age 18 years. Ability to frequently bend and stoop. Able to follow verbal and written instructions. Basic math skills. Effective communication skills. Must be able to stand for extended periods and exert moderate to heavy physical effort, lifting at least 50 pounds. Willingness to travel as needed. Physical ability to access all areas of the plant and grounds. Availability for any shift or shift rotation as needed by the company. Manufacturing experience a plus. High school diploma or GED required. Shift Schedule 12‑hour shift (Continental Schedule): 48 hours, 36 hours, 2‑on/2‑off, 3‑on/2‑off (rotating week to week).
