Whats A Typical Day As Machine Operator? Youll Be:

• Machining steel parts and rails according to specifications.
• Operating rail bending machines to fabricate rail components.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints to ensure correct fabrication.
• Using digital calipers and other measuring devices to verify accuracy.
• Complying with all safety procedures and protocols.
• Operating overhead cranes as needed.
• Completing production reports legibly and accurately.

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You:

• Have a minimum of 6 months machine operator experience (preferred).
• Are able to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
• Can read and write legibly and accurately complete production reports.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and can inspect rail using measuring devices.
• Are quality oriented and thrive as a team player.
• Have a complete understanding of safe work practices.
