Corporate Executive RecruiterThe Corporate Executive Recruiter is a strategic talent acquisition partner responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring executive, senior-level, and specialized talent across the organization. This role works closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to understand business needs, develop effective hiring strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates who support both immediate and long-term organizational goals. The Corporate Executive Recruiter leads full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and hiring. This role is responsible for proactively identifying and engaging both active and passive candidates, building strong talent pipelines, and providing market insights that help leaders make informed hiring decisions. Success in this position requires a combination of strategic consulting, relationship management, and hands-on recruiting expertise in competitive talent markets.Location & Travel: This role is primarily onsite; however, remote candidates may be considered for exceptional experience and qualifications. Join one of the largest construction firms in the country (Engineering News-Record [ENR]: #1 in Power, #16 Top 50 Domestic Heavy Contractors, #13 Transportation Contractor).ResponsibilitiesProvide executive-level talent acquisition strategy and market insights to support business growth and critical hiring needsLead full-cycle recruitment efforts across all levels, with emphasis on executive, leadership, and specialized searches, while remaining flexible to support non-executive hiring needs as requiredPartner with senior and executive leadership to define role requirements, success profiles, and search strategiesOwn and execute proactive executive search and talent mapping strategies, including competitor analysis and passive candidate engagementServe as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent market trends, compensation, and workforce planningManage confidential and high-visibility searches, ensuring discretion and strong candidate experienceInfluence and educate internal stakeholders on recruitment best practices and talent attraction strategiesCreate and negotiate offers, including complex and executive-level compensation packagesBuild and maintain executive talent pipelines through industry engagement and targeted outreachProvide a white-glove candidate experience while managing the full recruitment lifecycleCollaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of hiring plansLeverage ATS/CRM systems and recruitment data to track progress, identify trends, and improve outcomesDrive process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experienceQualificationsRequirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Construction and renewables industry experience is highly preferred.
