Job Opportunity: Child Psychiatrist

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Child Psychiatrist to join our team in a role focused on the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

Key Responsibilities

In this position, the psychiatrist will:

• Perform psychiatric evaluations
• Oversee medication management
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team
• Support personalized treatment plans aimed at enhancing patient stability and recovery

Compensation and Benefits

The starting base salary for this role ranges from $250,000 to $321,000 , depending on experience and faculty rank. Please note that this figure reflects the base compensation only and does not account for variable compensation or additional productivity incentives, which are determined by departmental compensation plans. Detailed discussions regarding compensation will occur during the recruitment process.
