Licensed Esthetician / Patient Care Coordinator

St. Joseph, MI | Part-Time to Start | Monday–Thursday | Fast Path to Full-Time
Starting at $20+/hour DOE + Commission + Gratuities

A growing, physician-led medical aesthetics practice in St. Joseph, Michigan is looking for a Licensed Esthetician / Patient Care Coordinator who is passionate about aesthetics, patient relationships, and sales.

This is more than a service-focused esthetician role. We’re looking for a confident, patient-focused sales professional who can educate patients, recommend treatment plans, sell skincare and memberships, follow up with leads, and confidently ask for the sale.

What You’ll Do

• Perform esthetic services within your license scope and clinic protocols
• Educate patients about treatments, skincare, packages, and memberships
• Convert consultations into booked treatments, packages, memberships, and retail sales
• Follow up with new leads by phone, text, and email
• Re-engage and reactivate past patients to help fill the schedule
• Recommend personalized treatment plans and professional skincare products
• Rebook patients before they leave the clinic
• Help drive revenue through events, promotions, referrals, and patient follow-up
• Track leads, sales activity, conversions, rebooking, and personal production
• Provide a professional, welcoming, and exceptional patient experience

What We’re Looking For

• Active Michigan Esthetician License required
• Strong sales mindset with confidence discussing pricing and asking for the sale
• Experience selling skincare, packages, memberships, treatment plans, or services strongly preferred
• Medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, luxury spa, or high-end retail experience preferred
• Laser/IPL familiarity is a plus; all services must be performed according to clinic protocols and applicable requirements
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Polished, reliable, competitive, coachable, and motivated by goals and results
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Available Monday–Thursday initially; flexibility for weekends in the future is preferred

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting at $20+/hour , depending on experience
• Commission opportunities on personally performed services, retail, packages, and memberships
• Gratuities
• Part-time to start: approximately 20–30 hours per week
• Opportunity to transition to full-time quickly based on performance and business needs
