We are looking for a Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead, develop, and inspire our Sales department at Medford CJDR. This role is a key driver of performance, culture, and customer experience. What You'll Do

The Automotive Sales Desk Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff. The Sales Manager reports to the General Sales Manager.

• Ensure sales goals are attained
• Manage daily activity & training of the sales staff
• Ensure sales people are engaging with customers
• Address and resolve customer concerns

What You'll Bring

• 2-3 years previous experience in a Sales Manager role within a dealership
• 2-3 years previous Used Car buying, appraising/pricing
• Strong attention to detail
• Sense of urgency
• Excellent communication
• Mathematics – ability to solve basic math calculations.
• Basic computer skills - CDK experience, a plus
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
