This is a position of great responsibility, requiring complete and thorough technical knowledge of the construction process and also, strongest possible focus on quality and crew workmanship. You will be the leader of your reconstruction crew and responsible for the projects smooth organization, implementation and completion, to the satisfaction of the client and Paul Davis of West County.The Carpenter responsibilities span a broad spectrum, covering all the areas of project management like- Project Planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, and Contract Administration, Safety Management and time card and material receipt tracking for the company job folders.Put "First Class" customer service, Project Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Safety above all else. Operate all company equipment in a safe and respectful manner. Adopt a "Do the right thing at the right time" attitude towards all aspects of your job and be good citizens within the community.
