RN MRMC - Vascular Access - PD

Exemption Status: Non-Exempt. Hiring Range: $37.75 - $79.52. Schedule Details: One Major Summer Holiday, One Major Winter Holiday. Scheduled Hours: 0645–1515, 1445–2315, 2300–0700. Shift: 4 - Mixed Shift, 8 Hours. Cost Center: 26000 – 3979 Access. This position may have a signing bonus. Responsibilities Utilizes the Nursing Process for the delivery and management of patient's care from admission to discharge, appropriate to the developmental age of the patient population. Performs patient assessment/reassessment according to standard procedure. Develops and coordinates individual plan of care including discharge planning. Directs, supervises, coordinates, and evaluates nursing care within assigned clinical setting. Delegates appropriately to others in accordance with job description and competency level. Qualifications Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration. BLS required for every RN unless ACLS certification is current (plus any unit specific certifications). Knowledge of the discipline of Nursing. Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing highly preferred.
