Position Overview Seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist for an Adult Operating Room supporting a busy Level I Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will have strong scrub experience across multiple surgical specialties and be comfortable working independently in a high-acuity trauma and teaching hospital environment.

Schedule
- Evening Shift
- Rotating Schedule Including:
- 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- 11:00 AM - 11:30 PM
- Mix of:
- 4 x 8-Hour Shifts
- 4 x 12-Hour Shifts
- Minimum 3 years of recent Operating Room experience (within the last 4 years)
- Experience in a Level I or Level II Trauma Center required
- Acute Care Hospital experience required
- Teaching Hospital experience preferred
- Strong scrub experience required
- First-time travelers considered only with experience in similarly sized facilities
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
- Trauma Surgery

- General Surgery
- ENT Surgery
- Vascular Surgery
- Gynecology Surgery
- Neurosurgery
- Bariatric Surgery
- Genitourinary (GU) Surgery
- Adult OR experience
- Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields
- Assist surgeons during operative procedures
- Handle surgical instruments and supplies
- Ensure proper aseptic and sterile techniques
- Anticipate surgeon needs during procedures
- Maintain patient safety throughout the surgical process
- Support efficient OR workflow in high-volume trauma environments
