Join Gilead and help create possible, together.Job DescriptionThe Associate Director- IT Commercial Field Sales Mobile Applications role within the Enterprise Data and Analytics organization, is a leadership role accountable for timely and consistent delivery of operational data management, reporting, dashboards, iOS application to Gilead US Commercial, Sales Analytics & Operations, Data Strategy & Governance and other Field facing and HQ teams and stakeholders. The role will be involved in building IT data and analytics solutions for multiple Gilead Commercial therapeutic areas and product launches. Successful candidates will possess a combination of Commercial process knowledge, cloud data technology management and multiple IT vendors management experience. Initiatives led during a typical year, include Data & Analytics Operational delivery effectiveness improvements, Cloud transformation initiatives, Commercial Product Launch analytics support and other data strategy projects, to enhance US Commercial Sales and Analytics organization’s data and analytics effectiveness. The role also works with Commercial IT leadership in data and analytics roadmap development and horizontal IT data management and analytics tools portfolio streamlining. This position will direct additional IT and Vendor resources as required and creates influence network across diverse functional groups, including Gilead Commercial and IT functions. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
