We are currently hiring  Seasonal Landscapers in Wilmington, NC to join our team for the upcoming season!

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Assist with planting, mulching, and basic lawn care
• Remove debris and maintain clean, safe job sites
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment (weed eaters, blowers, etc.)
• Follow directions from crew leaders and work efficiently as part of a team

• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, humidity, etc.)
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• SHOW UP ON TIME EVERY DAY ; LATE EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE TOLERATED

Schedule:

• Full-time seasonal work (hours may vary depending on weather)
• Monday–Friday (8am-4:30pm)

Pay & Benefits:

• $18/hour
• Weekly pay ( FRIDAYS ) 
• Direct deposit or pay cards available 
• Opportunity for overtime ( time and a half earned )
• Hands-on training provided

Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to obtain Forklift Operator’s certification.
6 mths – 1 year experience in mechanical assembly preferred.
Farming Background preferred.
Required Qualifications
Ability to listen, understand and follow verbal instructions.
Ability to use all air and power tools (ex: drills, air ratchet, etc.)
Good Interpersonal and Communication skills are required in working with personnel at all levels
within the organization.
Must follow, practice, and adhere to all company procedures, polices, and safety measures.
