Engineering Manager, AI-Driven FinTech Platform
iCapital Network
iCapital is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead the Annuities Platform team in Salt Lake City. You will oversee 7–12 engineers across two PODs (C# and React), drive delivery of scalable, service-oriented solutions for the sales workflow, and mentor teams while championing AI-enabled engineering practices.
You will guide architecture, code quality, and agile processes, manage stakeholders, and measure value through DoD, velocity, and cycle time.
