Accounts Receivable Specialist-Remote
TEXDOOR, LTD.
Generate and issue customer invoices in a timely manner. Verify the accuracy of billing data. 2.Payment Processing:
Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures. Reconcile accounts to ensure payments are correctly applied. 3.Collections: Follow up with customers on past due invoices. Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes. 4.Record-keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts receivable transactions. Prepare and send regular statements to customers. 5.Cash Application: Apply cash receipts to customer accounts accurately. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in payments. 6.Reporting: Generate and analyze accounts receivable reports.
