F45 Training Dublin is looking for energetic, motivating, and dependable Group Fitness Coaches / Personal Trainers to join our coaching team. We're looking for coaches who love fitness, enjoy connecting with people, and know how to create an encouraging and high-energy environment. At F45, our coaches do more than lead workouts — they help members improve their fitness, stay accountable, and feel like part of a community. If you enjoy coaching functional training, working with people of different fitness levels, and bringing positive energy to every class, we'd love to meet you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead and coach F45's team-based functional training workouts Motivate and engage members throughout each class Demonstrate exercises with proper technique and strong form Provide exercise modifications, regressions, and progressions based on individual needs Help members train safely and effectively Create a welcoming, positive, and inclusive studio environment Build relationships with members and help support member retention Welcome and engage new and trial members Assist with basic front-desk and studio responsibilities as needed Help prepare the studio before classes, including equipment setup Reset, clean, and organize equipment following workouts Support studio events, challenges, and community activities

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Our ideal coach is: Energetic, positive, and comfortable leading a room Friendly and able to connect with a wide variety of people Reliable, punctual, and professional Confident giving clear exercise instructions and corrections Knowledgeable about functional training, strength training, HIIT, and proper movement Comfortable coaching members with different fitness levels and abilities Team-oriented and willing to support fellow coaches and studio staff Open to feedback and interested in continuing to grow as a coach Passionate about creating an exceptional member experience Previous F45 experience is a plus, but it is not required for the right candidate.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous personal training or group fitness coaching experience preferred Current nationally recognized fitness certification, such as NASM, ACE, ACSM, AFAA, ISSA, or equivalent Current CPR/AED certification Strong understanding of functional movement and exercise technique Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable speaking and coaching in front of groups Ability to demonstrate exercises and remain active throughout classes Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends depending on studio needs

COMPENSATION

$25-$30 per hour , depending on coaching experience, certifications, availability, and qualifications. Additional opportunities for performance‑based compensation may be available.
