Dental Hygienist - $10,000 Sign on Bonus - Liberty Commons Family Dental - Full-Time and Part-Time - Accepting New Grads
As a clinical provider and patient advocate, you'll be given all the resources you need to provide exceptional care, while expanding your clinical skillset. You'll work in an environment that encourages full clinical autonomy, backed by the ability to tap into a hygiene mentor program.
About This Office
Liberty Commons Family Dental is a welcoming and collaborative 9-person team that enjoys working together, supporting one another, and creating a positive experience for both patients and teammates. Our office combines a fun, team-oriented atmosphere with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and achieving shared goals.
We're looking for a positive, driven hygienist who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care. Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced provider, we'd love to connect with someone who brings a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to contribute to our supportive culture.
This opportunity offers flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time options available, working either Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We also offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive hourly rate of $40–$52 per hour. Qualifications:
- Current dental hygienist license
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
- Clinical needs as required by office
- Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
