## Description**Intermediate Litigation Attorney:** We are seeking a Intermediate Litigation Attorney with 1-3 years litigation experience to join our growing firm in Corpus Christi, TX. A qualified associate must possess the ability to provide legal representation to advocate for our clients while providing outstanding client service skills. Able to work remotely.## Qualifications**Qualifications:** The candidate must be licensed to practice in the state of Texas, have graduated from an accredited law school and must be a member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas.The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively and possess excellent written, verbal and analytical skills. Candidate must be self-motivated with strong negotiating skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Although the candidate will receive support and assistance, he/she must have the ability and experience to independently manage and move pending cases forward. Candidate will also be expected to litigate cases and take them to trial when necessary.
