Product Manager

One of the country's largest entertainment and hospitality enterprises is searching for a Product Analyst to join their Technology and Digital Product department's Atlassian Cloud team in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you will directly influence how enterprise teams plan, track, and execute work across a massive digital footprint. You will collaborate closely with product leaders, business partners, and technical delivery teams to optimize productivity tools, streamline collaboration, and champion modern product management practices across the entire organization. This exciting opportunity to transform enterprise collaboration begins as a 2 year W2 contract with strong potential for conversion . The position is based in Orlando, FL (32819) on a hybrid schedule, requiring you to be onsite Monday through Thursday with remote flexibility on Friday. Responsibilities Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria. Serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise Atlassian Cloud platforms, helping guide configuration, best practices, and ongoing tool enhancements. Facilitate the rollout and organizational adoption of Jira Product Discovery as well as Atlassian Teams and Goals. Support portfolio management operations by aligning PPM tooling (such as Clarity/myPPM) with day-to-day team workflows and reporting needs. Maintain and refine product backlogs, participating actively in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and demos. Create and deliver user enablement materials, conducting training sessions and lunch-and-learns to support and educate an active user community of over 9,000 individuals. Evaluate and assist in driving adoption of emerging productivity technologies, including Atlassian Rovo AI capabilities. Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience). 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Junior Product Manager, or Technical Business Analyst in an enterprise environment . Strong hands-on experience with enterprise-scale Atlassian Cloud products (Jira, Confluence) and exposure to advanced tooling such as Jira Product Discovery or Rovo AI . Demonstrated success in gathering requirements, crafting clear user stories, and managing backlog items. Solid understanding of agile delivery frameworks and familiarity with enterprise project and portfolio management (PPM) systems like Clarity . Outstanding communication and facilitation skills, with proven ability to present concepts and conduct training for broad, cross-functional audiences.
