Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Wednesday | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Pay: Starting at $17.00+/hour (based on experience)

$500 sign on bonus for FT new hires

At Epworth Villa, you're more than an employee-you're part of a compassionate team dedicated to enhancing the lives of our residents. As a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) , you'll play a vital role in delivering safe, respectful, and person-centered care.

What You'll Do

• Administer scheduled and PRN medications accurately and safely
• Maintain detailed, compliant medication records
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition promptly
• Observe residents' physical, emotional, and behavioral changes
• Keep medication cart and work areas clean and organized
• Collaborate with nurses and care team to ensure high-quality care
• Engage residents with dignity, including dementia-sensitive communication

• What We're Looking For

• Certification: Active CMA certification in Oklahoma
• Education: High school diploma or GED
• CPR/First Aid: Current certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Experience: Assisted Living or Memory Care experience strongly preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to assist residents with mobility
• Ability to lift or exert up to 50-100 pounds occasionally
