You will enjoy a consistent weekday schedule, working 35 hours per week from August 24th, 2026, through June 12th, 2027, directly impacting students’ communication skills and academic growth.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Speech-Language, or Communication Disorders
• Previous experience working with children or in school settings preferred
• Team-oriented mindset with exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Must meet the state requirement: No SLPA license in VA is needed, but the appropriate degree is required

Key Responsibilities:

• Support speech-language pathologists in delivering interventions and therapy sessions
• Assist in implementing individual or group plans for students with communication needs
• Maintain accurate documentation on student progress, collaborating closely with education staff
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of student support initiatives
