Assistant Manager/Co-Manager

We are looking for friendly, high-energy, customer-oriented managers with a retail background to join our winning team. Looking for Career Growth? 60 stores a year equals 4-5 new districts and 1 new region each year. Job Summary Assistant Manager – Responsible for all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, asset protection, and expense control, ensuring a client-focused experience. Requires 2 years of previous management experience in a women's apparel specialty store. Skills Required Excellent ability to train and motivate staff Able to handle multi-tasks Friendly and courteous with a positive attitude Strong interpersonal skills Able to organize and prioritize work Must be punctual Must be organized Must have great attention to detail Must have a team-player We offer great compensation and benefits package, and room for professional growth and development. #J-18808-Ljbffr Rainbow USA
