What You'll Do Receive and unload incoming parts shipments, verifying quantities and inspecting for damage. Stock, label, and organize inventory to ensure efficient part retrieval. Pick and prepare parts orders for delivery, shipment, and internal department requests. Deliver parts to customers, vendors, and technicians while providing excellent customer service. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, credits, and transfers. Help with inventory counts, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory procedures. Communicate shortages, discrepancies, and damaged merchandise to management promptly. Operate company vehicles safely. Keep the shipping, receiving, and storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Work with the Parts, Service, and Sales departments to support daily operations and customer needs.
