Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a closely related field
• Current state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Prior experience working in elementary school settings preferred
• Deep understanding of psychological assessment tools, and knowledge of educational laws and best practices
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive school environment

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and psycho-educational evaluations
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to address student needs
• Provide recommendations and interventions that support students’ academic and social development
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to the planning of student services
• Offer crisis intervention and develop strategies for behavioral management
• Maintain accurate records and stay current on best practices within the field
• Specific caseload details will be provided soon, allowing you to prepare for tailored student support
