Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Practice physician to join our growing team. This is a full-time position in Chicago, IL and Northwest, IN. This role involves diagnosing and treating varicose veins, spider veins, and other venous disorders using minimally invasive techniques. Work in a great atmosphere and state-of-the-art facility. Be part of a collaborative and patient-focused medical team. Responsibilities Evaluate and diagnose patients with venous conditions. Perform minimally invasive procedures such as endovenous laser treatment (EVLT), radiofrequency ablation (RFA), micro foam ablation (Varithena), sclerotherapy, cosmetic sclerotherapy, ambulatory phlebectomy, and wound care (secondary to chronic venous insufficiency). Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients. Educate patients on venous diseases, prevention, and post-treatment care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Work collaboratively with a team of medical professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Stay current with advancements in vein treatment and phlebology. Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board certification or eligibility in a relevant specialty (e.g., Vascular Surgery, Interventional Radiology, Phlebology, Internal Medicine). Active MD or DO license in Illinois and/or Indiana. Experience in venous disease treatment is preferred but not required—training will be provided. New Graduates Welcomed! Excellent bedside manner and communication skills. The physician is expected to become ABVLM (American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine) certified in the first 2 years of employment. Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
