Oracle Finance BSA

Oracle EBS Functional Expertise: Deep knowledge of core Finance modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Subledger Accounting (SLA). Business Process Knowledge: Understanding of accounting principles, period close processes, and "Order-to-Cash" (O2C) and "Procure-to-Pay" (P2P) lifecycles. Functional Configuration & Design: Ability to configure EBS modules, define system parameters, and create functional design documents (MD50, BR100). Technical Familiarity: Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis, data mapping, and troubleshooting issues. SDLC & Testing: Experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and conducting SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing). Communication: Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical finance users, including managing stakeholder expectations. Experience Level: Typically 8-10+ years of hands-on R12 Process Flows Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility Participate in data conversion and data maintenance Provide best practice and industry specific solutions Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed.
