Warehouse Forklift Operator/Puller

Position Summary

The Warehouse Receiving Laborer is responsible for assisting with the accurate and efficient receipt, inspection, unloading, and organization of incoming shipments. This position ensures products are properly handled, counted, labeled, and stored while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.

What You'll Do

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
• Pull and prepare orders by selecting items from inventory according to order specifications.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring that goods are handled carefully to prevent damage.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and report any discrepancies or damages.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse space.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.

What You’ll Bring

Required

• Prior experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read labels, count inventory, and complete documentation.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety standards and practices.

Preferred

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
• Previous experience in order pulling and packing.
• Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members.

Target Compensation Range: The posted pay range of $17.50/hr represents the anticipated hiring range for this position. Individual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, education, certifications, geographic location, market conditions, internal compensation practices, and other job-related business considerations, consistent with applicable law.
