Your Role

As a crew member you will be responsible for providing fast, friendly, and accurate customer service to each of our guests while working as part of the service team.

• Prepare food and beverages according to Dunkin Brands standards
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service in accordance with the Six Steps of Service
• Encourage a positive work environment consistent with the Company values
• Cleaning and general store maintenance
• Performing food safety and product quality reviews as required
• Follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security.
