As a Game Host, you’ll be the friendly face that ensures every guest has an enjoyable and seamless experience. Here’s a glimpse of your responsibilities:

• Welcome Guests : Greet every guest warmly and make them feel at home.
• Guide & Inform : Escort guests to our products and share information about services and promotions.
• Process Payments : Accurately handle payments with excellent cash-handling skills.
• Problem-Solving : Use sound judgment to resolve guest issues and handle complaints professionally.
• Maintain Cleanliness : Keep the work environment tidy and organized.
• Stay Committed : Adhere to your schedule and ensure smooth operations.

We’re searching for a passionate, ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 3+ years of experience in hospitality or a related field preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong listening and communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic math and cash handling.

• TABC Certification and Food Handler’s Permit.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods, walk, bend, kneel, etc.
