The Opportunity

As an Independent Sales Agent, you'll build relationships, develop your own client base, and help individuals, families, businesses, and employee groups find supplemental insurance solutions that fit their needs.

No insurance experience? That's okay. We provide the training, tools, coaching, and support. You bring the drive, discipline, resilience, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do
Meet with individuals, businesses, and employee groups

• Present supplemental insurance solutions
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Prospect for new customers and business opportunities
• Conduct appointments and follow up with prospects
• Develop referral and repeat-business opportunities
• Work toward activity and production goals
• Provide ongoing client service
• Learn and implement a proven sales system
• Develop sales, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of outside sales experience preferred, but not required
• B2B sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, automotive, business ownership, or other performance-driven experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-directed and motivated
• Insurance license preferred, or willingness to obtain required licensing
