Provides age appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Location Elizabeth City, NC Work Shift First (Days) Position Type Full Time Education Master's or Doctorate Level Degree in Physical Therapy preferred. License VA PT License. Certification BLS. For Hampton Roads Outpatient facilities only - Must obtain Direct Access certification within one year of hire for those with a BS or MS degree.
