Underground Electrical Laborers/Duct Bank Installers -- Immediate Start

TradeWise Staffing Group is hiring underground crews for a large-scale electrical infrastructure project. Current scope is 100% underground duct bank installation. This is steady, long-term work with a top-tier electrical contractor.
What You'll Be Doing
- Installing underground duct bank systems (PVC conduit, spacers, rebar tie-in)
- Trenching support, bedding, and backfill operations
- Setting and aligning conduit runs to spec
- Concrete encasement prep and pour support
- Manhole and handhole installation support
- Maintaining a clean, safe, OSHA-compliant work area
What We're Looking For
- Prior underground utility, duct bank, or civil/electrical experience preferred
- Ability to read basic prints and follow layout direction
- Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- OSHA 10 a plus
- Must pass background check and drug screen
