A bit about us:

We are seeking a Junior Salesforce Administrator to support and maintain a growing Salesforce environment used by multiple teams and end users. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone early in their Salesforce career who wants to expand their technical skills while gaining exposure to a large and evolving CRM platform.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of Salesforce administration experience and be comfortable supporting users, troubleshooting issues, managing data, and handling day-to-day platform configuration.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce users, including account setup and deactivation, roles, profiles, permission sets, and user groups
• Configure and maintain Salesforce functionality such as Flow Builder automations, custom fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards based on business and user needs
• Help maintain overall data quality through data cleanup, deduplication, and enrichment
• Provide frontline Salesforce support to users through a ticketing system, email, and phone, escalating more complex technical issues when necessary
• Assist with testing and deployment of Salesforce enhancements, system updates, and new functionality
• Maintain documentation covering system configurations, processes, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices
• Collaborate with CRM, technology, and support teams on system enhancements and process improvements

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
• Working knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including Flow Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, reports, and dashboards
• Experience managing Salesforce users, roles, profiles, and permissions
• Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, particularly intermediate to advanced Excel
• Experience working with larger data sets, including data cleanup, maintenance, and enrichment

• A proactive approach to identifying system, configuration, and data-quality improvements
• Interest in continuing to develop Salesforce administration, automation, and declarative development skills
• Flexibility to travel to client locations as needed, approximately 20%
