Summa Health System- Behavioral Health Pavilion seeks a Behavioral Health Associate for the BH Float Pool (PRN, 7a-7:30p) in Cleveland, OH. You’ll work under an RN, monitor patient behaviors, document observations, and support safety and crisis response in a behavioral health setting. The role may include non-clinical duties to assist the patient care team and requires good teamwork, communication, and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
