Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Pay Range $34.21 - $51.31 Position Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient Pediatrics. Join our outpatient pediatrics team at Prevea. The role focuses on improving independence, participation, and functional performance of pediatric patients across developmental, neurological, orthopedic, sensory‑processing, and fine motor conditions from infancy through adolescence. Responsibilities Provide therapeutic interventions to pediatric patients across a broad spectrum of clinical areas. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, coordinated, high‑quality care. Assess, plan, and perform occupational therapy services within clinic hours (7am‑5:30pm). Maintain accurate documentation and treatment plans. Adapt treatment strategies based on individual patient needs and diagnoses. Qualifications Education: Graduate (bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate) from an accredited program meeting state licensure requirements. Experience: Experience with pediatric therapy, covering developmental, neurological, orthopedic, sensory‑processing, and fine motor conditions. Licensure: State licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Illinois (IDFPR) or Wisconsin, or authorization to practice with a requirement to obtain licensure within 6 months. Certification: Certified Basic Life Support (BLS) or completion of BLS within first 90 days of employment. Schedule & Compensation Full time, 40hrs/week.
