Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for immediate opportunities in long-term care settings. This position offers a chance to work within nursing homes, providing essential medical care to residents.ScheduleShift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PMTotal Hours: 37.5 hours per weekRequired Break: 30 minutes per shiftContract Length: 13 weeksWeekend Availability: Every other weekend and every other holiday requiredResponsibilitiesAdminister medications and perform treatments as prescribedUtilize paper Medication Administration Records (MARs) and Treatment Administration Records (TARs)Provide direct patient care and support to residents in a nursing home settingMaintain accurate patient documentation and reportsQualificationsCurrent and valid LPN or RN licensureExperience in long-term care facilities preferredMust have proficiency in PCC chartingAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate with the healthcare teamDemonstrated ability to perform tasks and provide care independentlyLocationOpportunities available in multiple locations within the region, including City, State.
