Position Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service in a hospitality setting.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements
• Answer phone calls and inquiries with professionalism
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
• Assist servers and bartenders as needed, and other duties assigned.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience

Position Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent phone etiquette.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels, maybe exposed to secondhand smoke except and varied light levels, including flashing lights. Ability to stand, walk, bend for entire shift.
