Duties include client relationships, marketing, internal administration, financial management, and employee development. This role is key in developing new work opportunities by identifying new leads, establishing new business contacts, potentially acting as proposal champion and/or capture manager for new pursuits in Education, Aviation, Healthcare and Justice.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe primary duties of a successful Project Director will focus on providing the planning, coordination, and direction for local construction programs. Duties include ensuring the program and individual projects are on budget and schedule, and the design fits the client’s requirements. This position will support design and construction and will be responsible for client interface, scope, schedule, and budget tasks as senior leadership in the field.
